I knew there was a complex nervous system around the heart, but that's because of the complexity of muscle contractions as the surgeon in the video said. It's worth exploring, but I suspect the final answer will be less dramatic or extravigant as we're seeing here.
Myself, I tend to see spiritual elements as existing outside the four dimentional space we're able to measure.

RE: the other 90-95% - what if the donors were just so common that any preferences were seamless to the recipient? I believe your question can only be answered after they look more into heart intelligence and it's MO.
