On the Science Channel they had the 2008 discoveries of the year show. One of the subjects- apparently it's been worked on more, was quantum computers. The concept was to splpit one photon into two, so they work as loaded dice. Regardless what the first lands on the second lands on a second number so that they're always seven [as they describe it]. So, back to what I described above, the chlroine atom would either spit out 1 and 15 or 3 and 5 as factors of 15 when bombarded by a certain EM frenquency.
