Especially since he initiated the Iraqi problem alongside Reagan, and then cashed in on it at the beckoning of weapons contractors and the medieval theocracies of Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. With what the Kuwaiti "emerate" did to those few of their citizens who stood and fought [the Bedouins and Palestinian Kuwaits] when the rest tucked tail and ran, I say they don't deserve freedom from an invading tyrant.
