They will pounce on anything, if she laughs to loud..notice it's a "cackle" not just a laugh, making her sound like a witch. They constantly talk about her needing to "soften up" which I am always perplexed by. She is smooth, and doesnt get tripped up easily...what is she supposed to do, lick her lips and blow kisses to the audience?

Thank you for noticing that there is a "lower bar" in play for criticizing her than the others.
Sadly, the press is more interested in fueling the stupid fires than informing us of facts.
This may be a bad analogy, but how many here remember roy Orbison and the monster hit "Pretty Woman" was?
How many noticed that the next song he recorded, "Goodnight" after that monster hit, got no air play on the entire east coast?

It has always irked me that the media actually creates public opinion, then polls that opinion, and, well you see how it works.
