I think the real meaning of Christmas is missed by most if not all................
Justinian Was a genius IMO & it is he, rather than the Christ to whom we should give thanX for
this holiday............
The giving........ "buying & selling" & the resulting taxes were what it was all about from the beginning... Giving up such profitable customs & traditions because of Christ was never an issue...........
Incorporating rather than conquering served the emperor & the empire......
This............ really is the spirit of CHristmas.............
