Right! And only Chris Dodd, national hero, bothered to come to the floor of the Senate to block the FISA bill that included retroactive telecom immunity.

I wish Dodd would challenge Harry Reid for Majority Leader!
They could just not send any bill, that would defund the war. It would not, I think, stop the war.

This administration would simply move other funds to finance the Iraq fiasco.

I don't know how many here play chess, but I can remember playing when achieving a stalemate looked good.
