Last month it was the single biggest election issue. Now it's moved down the list.

Remember how angry we all were at the lack of response to Katrina. Now we seldom hear about NO, so we assume it's all better, and it's off our minds.

How in hell can we have 24/7 news outlets, and they can only cover a small handful of stories every day?
