This is a variation of "I just know" when arguing for religion. It means you have no argument.
What proof do you have? Well everything proves it. That works both ways. Disease and war. Misery and suffering. Look around. That proves there's no god.
You just wrote a lot that does not make sense. You are evidently saying that a clock DOES NOT have maker. Duh?
