I'm not really a fan of Colbert, I like him and all but his routine is just way too old and boring for me now - he bases his "act" on O'Reilly who is a real ass anyways.
The Daily Show is much better IMO - Stewart has good guests, asks good questions, doesn't shy away from pushing buttons but yet does it in a respectful and dignified manner for both and him and his guests regardless if he agree/likes them or not.
Back to the topic - so who will be writing for these guys when they're back on air - dum de dum dum dum

eh. I enjoy comedy, but there is something about dumbing down news that bugs me.
everything else in the USA is dumbed down, i just wish the news was straight.
No-one gives straight news anymore. every freaking "host" has to spin it, and it is tedious to listen to.
still everyone seems to rave over Stewart - so I should keep an open mind and check it out.
He's back on Jan7th? ok i'll watch it. thanks
