Good for you GM!! You can do this. Just think of all the other things you do for your health, and add this on. I think the first week will be the worst, so don't think of the entire week, just take it one day at a time....say to yourself "Today is am strong. Today I am healthy. Today I will only do what is good and wholesome for my body. Today I will succeed in whatever I put my mind to...just for today."
