Ain't the Joshua Tree National Monument the shizzle? That's one of my favorite destinations. After a week or so of camping, I like to hit Desert Hot Springs for some serious tubbin'. I love the desert. I lived in the Mojave for a year.

Joshua Tree was great, liked rock jumping. Didnt get to go camping there, I'd probably have gotten a "might bewildered" and become UA. Hope Joshua Tree is still intact, hasnt been "developed", that would be a shame....
