I had gone to the "Bodies" exhibit and saw a smokers lung. I'm making sure I vision it when I get the craving. I've heard that the first 3 days are the hardest. Also what I did was empty my bank account and gave it to my son so I can't go buy any either! I also heard that the actual craving never totally goes away but it gets eaiser. I hope!
