I've suspected such things.
I don't believe a word from the bush administration.
Curious: The Citgo stations down here (FL) are disappearing. They are being replaced by 7-11 stations with unknown 'generic?' brand gas. They no longer accept Citgo cards.
Any idea what that is about?
