Disease comes from all kinds of causes, Satan has nothing to do with it. You sound positively mideval with the Devil remark. Do you think mentally ill People are posessed by the Devil, or some Demon or the like? Or someone gets Cancer because the Devil said :"hey! I'm gonna give him cancer!" because he just felt like it? Death and disease entered the world through Satan. Adam and Eve were designed by God to live forever with access to the Tree of Life. God told them they would die if they ate from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. They did eat with the encouragement of Satan and they surely died, as do all their progeny.
