doctors usually can sleep when they have down time...and now they have limits on how long a resident can be on call.
they should not be using illegal substances to stay awake..nothing works better than carbs and caffiene anyhow

My experience with a UA was when I was trying to get custody of my great niece and get her out of Foster care. I was falsely accused of using meth by he foster parents who didn't even know me. So I volunteered to do a UA right then and there. CPS told me my urine was too clean so they had to consider it dirty! They had already got Federal Funding to adopt her out to the first time foster parents
