I was screwed. You see if the State doesn't recoginze the disease, therefore it technically does not exsist. The Federal Government does that as well so they don't have to fund reseaerch for that disease. Same with the state, yet thet prescribe you medication for it. I have been the subject of many research studies, not one involved my diabetes even though that has been the root of my medical issues. Courts can be just as tricky.
