I agree with this actually.....that's why I said it depends on the field of the employee.
I don't know what your brother does..but if someone drops a door on a doctor ..the doctor doesnt get tested...but if a doctor comes to work smelling like alcohol than the hospital needs a legal way to protect the patients....hence needs to test the doctor.
it comes down to company policies.....and the law SHOULD protect
liberties which SHOULD ban most testing.
but like I said....there are fields where it is needed.
