Evolution has not gone on at all. Many some minor adaptations but for the most part it is deevolution (even unto extinction). And just as life did not evolve neither did the universe. It too was created. Had to be. God always has been and always will be. He created everything to be engaged and for feedback. But mostly for love. If you have children you will know what I mean. Nothing created God for he is the solution to the chicken and egg conundrum.
