In NY, the laws are pretty much the same...this guy was a little nuts, and here I am trying to talk sense to him.
I guess he does this all the time, cause as I was breaking every speed paddeling record getting out of there, I heard his wife screaming at him in Russian.
I was amazed at the ability to paddle through 8-12 inches of water with that kayak. I can't imagine getting towed around by that salmon.
