Yeah, the admin somply allowing 9/11 to happen is much easier to swallow and just as horrible.
I think a lot of the pseudo-theories in the conspiracy camp are nothing more than disinformation. Judy Wood, Steven Jones etc etc. People who you would think would act in a credible way putting forth ludicrous theories and refusing to back them up with real science.
