you might have to wait for someone to post an answer sometimes, but compared to slogging through gibberish on the apple site and not finding anything you need, it's STILL faster!
(note: they're kind of nazi's about posting your questions in the CORRECT forum, which isn't as easy as it sounds, sometimes!)
