You're the one who insists that you would engage in abberant behavior in the absence of your faith in God. Unless you have ever been absent this faith, it is
your contention that is hypothetical. However, given your insistence that nobody would be able to stop you, it logically follows that nobody would be able to
start you either. In other words, your actions would be limited only by your own choices. Given the preview you've provided of what your choices would be under the circumstance of the absence of God, it logically follows that you
want to do horrible things, but your fear of God stops you. As such, since Eman without faith is a clear and present danger to the general public, Eman should but kept under constant surveillance against the day when his faith is lost.
