Hello Pam
I don't really see how we are going to be able to accomodate you that particular
week. There is the strong probability that Ivan will be in an off exhibit
habitat that week and you wouldn't see him at all for any good photographs.
We have a new silverback that we are planning to debut for the public and we
will probably use Ivan's current habitat for that on the 27th. We will have to
be getting him accustomed to that prior to that dates you have for being here.
There is not very much opportunity for you to have unlimited access to him
inside as well. At least not for any extended period and probabably not with
guests.

I appreciate the fact that you are writing a book but I don't see how we can be
much help with all that we have upon us right now.
