ya know, if they're going to do this just do it and don't try to bullshit us about it. It's been all bullshit since the 30's, trying to say they are fighting drugs with this tax is just asking us to swallow more of their bullshit.
Since, apparently all but one, drug dealers aren't going to come forward on their own, the only way this tax will be applied will be when the dealer is caught. Kinda already cut off at the knees at that point.
