According to Depp he was very hard working and the like. Ali G and Borat are mere characters, the man himself is a fine actor and im interested to see him in his role.

He must be a great actor to fool real people into believing he is these characters. I was just a little taken back to see him in a film version of a Broadway Musical. This should be interesting.

I started post a few posts below on how I wasn't thrilled with this movie. I do like some of the songs, I love Alan Rickman and Johnny Depp but was a bit bored in parts. Sasha's character was very funny and the bulge was hilarious.

it was pretty good, i thought. a very different tim burton movie. just don't be expecting to walk out of the theatre uplifted or anything like that. this is one of those stories where everyone comes out badly.
