This was your typical alien vs predator movie. The plot was a little odd. It was a so so movie.

I rented Shoot em Up last night and was completely dissapointed....what a crappy movie...

I still wanna see this, people complain about alot of movies and then I see em and enjoy them. I tend to watch movies like this with my Dad and we'll just tear them apart scene by scene, which results in a couple hours of good fun and laughter. If they can provide that then it isn't a total lost cause in my view.

So so? What, did you sleep through it? You couldn't predict who'd die. Now, they drudged up a few computer sound effects from the first Alien movie and others from Aliens plus still more from the original Predator but that's more a salute to the oldies.

There's a few tweaks to alien physiology that struck me odd, but I attribute that to the fluke of an alien emerging from a predator character. The aliens were much more ruthless than in movies past, chosing even newborns for hosts. And the predator character might be on a cleanup mission, but it's not doing the apeman any favors.

Movies are subject to the eye of the beholder. If you thought it was a great movie I am glad you enjoyed it.

See, it's a different sort of movie where you're less interested in the plot, although this storyline was better than the first Alien Versus Predator.
