People actually think that Jacob is using the deaths of these people to manipulate the survivors into doing something for him. It was because of this that the others put the volcanic ash around the chair. It is this very same reason that he asked Lock to help him. He wanted him to remove the ash.

The other thing is that if the survivors are in fact existing in the past like I said with Lock then Jacks dad would not actually be dead yet. The moment the plane entered that time "zone" his body simply disappeared. So why is his dad on the island? Not sure we will figure that out till later.

I think I might agree about Jacob using the deaths of other to manipulate people (jacob = smoke monster?). To add tot hat I think that the person who said "help me" to Locke was Christian. Why? I think whatever force is there (jacob) can control him.

I think Christian is gonna play way more into this season (How JAck and Claire find out they're brother and sister, perhaps?)

I have GOT to watch season 3 again! I think I forget a lot of things that happened last season.

Vicariously I

I will go on record and say LOST IS the best show ever on television. I say this not because I like it but because;

A. Lost is like nothing else on television.

B. Lost is like nothing that has ever been on television.

C. The character depth and story dynamics rival great movies.

D. No other show or movie has had me out of my seat inches from the TV looking for the unseen.

E. I have learned things from this show I would have never been interested in otherwise like Electromagnetism.

F. I could keep on listing things which is a reason in itself.


Now of course this is just my opinion but it's a really good opinion.

Agreed, agreed, agreed! It is awesome. The writing is brilliant. And so is your opinion, LOL!

I love the show but am so afraid of how it will end... it seems that nothing can match my expectations and high regard for it so far.
