7% Solution

Oldie but goody. I just saw it on Sundance. I'd forgotten how much it captured the Sherlock Holmes spirit.
Holmes (Nicol Williamson) is strung out on coke and unable to function. A plot by Watson (Robert Duvall) takes him to Vienna to see the controversial (at the time) Sigmund Freud played by Alan Arkin.
Also Vanessa Redgrave, Lawrence Olivier, Joel Grey and Samantha Eggers.
Quite the cast.

Yeah but those are real Doyle stories. This was written by another guy. I think he really did a good job. It's like a real Holmes story.
