Carly Simon - Let the River Run (reminds of NYC in the 80s before everything changed)
Outkast - Hey ya (just cos it's fun!) Tom Jones - The Reason (yes it's the Hoobastank song; but this guy is still sexy all these years later!) Jackson Five - I Want You Back (from the Ed Sullivan Show, of all places!) (The first record I ever bought! I was 11!) Desi Arnaz - Cuban Pete Last edited by sunflower; 08-11-2007 at 03:12 PM. |

As you all probably guessed from my avatar, I'm a huge Beatles fan:
Check out Clapton behind Harrison (I think it's kinda weird, seeing that Harrison's first wife, Patty Boyd, left him for Clapton!). Last edited by sunflower; 10-17-2007 at 08:46 AM. |

Speaking of the Beatles, Paul McCartney was interviewed recently, and spoke of the much-touted Beatles reunion that never happened. He said that they were offered millions to perform one time in 1976. Accordingly McCartney, all four Beatles weren't too keen on the reunion, for one reason or another, and it never happened. Paul says now that he's glad it did never happen, because their body of work stands alone; had their reunion been a flop, or even mediocre, it would have tarnished their legacy.
I agree with that....what do you think? |
