I've no clue, but up until now, skinjob procreation happened only when the two are actually in love. So following your reasoning, I really don't know who's really in love anymore.

Lee and Starbuck are probably in love but I think it would be too obvious to think that Starbuck is a cylon, even after her speech this week. But back to the other theory, she couldn't conceive a baby on New Caprica with the Cylon she couldn't love.

But I say 'up until now' because I have to question whether the Chief was ever really in love with Cally, or if she was just in love with him.

This was a great episode. When Tory smacked the frack out of Cally, I was really surprised at just how violent it was. I wonder if they have pre-wired missions to accomplish because she did go out of her way to save the (possibly) half-toaster kid, Nicky.

I thinkw hat happens is when someone realizes they're a cylon they can amp up their muscle efficiency to the full 100% whereas most people are around 20 - 30%.

But I think it's Cally who's the fifth. If she wakes up in an ooz filled tube we'll know.

You may be right in that Cally is a Ceylon. But not the fifth (I don't think). I think the four who think they are were actually mated to one of the real four...with the exception of the Presidents aide. I think she is one for sure.

This past episode was pretty good, and I just found out it was directed by Edward James Olmos.

That beating that Gaius took was horrific. But as bloody and violent as that scene was, the part that weirded me out the most was when "Six in his head" actually picked him up under his armpits and made his body look like he was being dragged and pushed. In the past, we've seen how he looks to other people around him, as if he's nuts and talking to himself. But wow, this was just crazy because we saw this from the POV of the soldier that was kicking his ass. (Although obviously we could see six and the soldier wouldn't be able to.)

That part where "Six" picked him up reminded me of Fight Club, where the guy's other personality picked him up and whooped the shit out of him[self]. I think that was the premise of Baltar's other personality stepping in.

That and you get the sense that Edward James Olmos wanted the Baltar character to get a taste of what he richly deserves.
