Alternate Universe! Deleted scenes and Replaced actors!

I was bored and made a few discoveries....

Star Trek Voyager.....The Original Capt. Janeway.

As I remember the story, The Actor (actress) was unhappy with the costumes....or something like that. You can see from her performance, she didn't like what she was doing.

Compare that to her replacement in the same scene!

This is particularly funny if you run them both at the same time! LOL!

The Janeway they settled on certainly seems to have more authority about her, but she is still one of the worst Captains. nly Sisqo (spelling?) was worse. With Kirk 2nd and Picard best . Having said all this, I only ever cared to watch TNG so these are hardly the words of someone who knows exacty what he is talking about

A few actors catch shit for overreacting. She's the first to underreact.

Now what's all this shit about people standing around during an emergency. They should all be seated and secured with a five-point restraint just like a combat pilot and in their pressure suits just like real astronauts would be in similar situations.

Yeah, they were at least right to go with the opening titles they did. And, another grudging point, they were cool for acknowledging the fact that Polynesians were bsically some of the eariest explorers, having sailed the Pacific and colonizing new islands never before set foot open by people.

That Enterprise Alternate opening must be fan made. For one, that speech by Archer wasn't made until the last episode, and during the first season the show was not known as STAR TREK....just Enterprise. The footage is from the first episode but the music can be found on the sound track CD.

It hit me last night after I loaded it that the title on the player says "New" alternate ending.

This is something else about Star Tweak... the fans. Those people are way too uptight. It's like fundimentalist xstians with them.

Oh...lord....you don't know the half of it. They are very cut throat. I worked on a couple of conventions and the Klingon Star Trek club agreed to to appear in costume. When the place advertised it....they blackmailed them into paying them or they would not show up and threatened to call the local news station and complain that they were falsly advertising. Morons! At another convention I was given a special spot to set up because I had a very eleborate set that I built and the organizer liked it and wanted it up by the stage.....I got threats from the other groups.

Needless to say I am no longer doing these conventions. I could tell you some great stories though.

My sister went to one and a fan asked Marina [forget her last name, who played Deanna Troy for actual psychological advice.

The shows aren't worth enough to go to those convensions anyway. Hell, I don't wait in line to enter stores around Christmas, so I sure as shit wouldn't stand around to see the latest movie, be it Star Tweak or Star Wars.

Now if third installment of 2001: A Space Odyssey were come out I might think about camping out a night in front of a theater. Those movies really put the viewer into the environment in a very sensory way. That scen in 2010 when John Lithgow is crossing from the Leanov to Discovery along the EVA tether. You feel like it's you floating in freefall with everything seemingly an infinity from you. If you're really intently watching, you're there in the movie. You feel the vertigo of zero gravity/freefall and the clostrophobia of a pressure suit with nothing but your own breath in your ears!
