Real Time starts January 11 - woohoo!!

Looking over at HBO today to see if any new Real Time stuff and happy to see it's coming back in January. Wonder what's up since he cancelled his last show cause of writer's strike and now he's coming back early?? Anyone know?

Hopefully he will have George Carlin on. He was supposed to be on his last show when it was cancelled. Thanks, I might have missed it.

excellent. he'll just drop the monologue and new rules until the strike is resolved, i guess. two gaping holes he could fill with a guest.

His "New Rules" is my favorite part of his show.

Wonderful!

I miss my Real Time, TDS, and Colbert Report so much! I feel like I haven't had a good laugh in months.

I am skeptical as to how funny these shows will be without their writers.

Hmmm, I didn't think he'd even be able to do the show seeing as how even as the head writer he is still a member of the guild.

they're all able to think on their feet pretty well so it probably won't be too bad. i say it's better than reruns of "big love" and "larry the cable guy" concerts
