This show was pathetic. His high end guests flaked on him (strike supporters, with actual principles?), that's how he wound up with the three snoozers he had.

The real casualty of the strike, and something seldom mentioned on this thread (intentionally?):

No New Rules!

Ha!

When the single best part of the show is missing, you have to chalk one up for labor. Bill's a funny guy, naturally, but show hosts don't just dump their ace routine. It's likely the writers did the heavy lifting on that segement, with Bill just touching up the final drafts.

New Rule: When a pivotal part of your show relies on writers, don't try and scab it when they're on strike.

I thought the show sucked. it has been sucking for more than a year now, IMHO.
listening to snow made me want to turn off the tv like I did to fox news a fews years ago when I quit drinking.
Bill needs to shave his head and get over the fact that he is balding. It's OK, all men lose their hair at some point. Look at how many women Michael Jordan got! Bald is Beautiful!!

I liked how Cuban tried to shut snow up about computer experience but you can really tell snow is used to spinning the room to his view(cut cuban right off and changed subject).
It will only take a few more sucky shows like this week's for me to stop watching all together. I don't even keep my recording for my woman to watch anymore. they are not good enough for me to make her lose an hour of her life over.

Bill, get with it or get a new look. something anything to get back to the good old days of actually laughing. did you see his face as no one laughed at his jokes in the beginning?

Just plain old bad show it was.

But you eventually figured out you weren't allergic anymore, right?...

how did that process work?

A day later, I tried again and almost blacked out again. Two years later, at my college graduation party, a friend of mine had a joint so I figured "why not". I gave it another go and it's been smooth sailing since.

Carlin and Brokaw bailed, no New Rules, Tony Snow dominating the entire conversation by talking over anyone with a good point, shit he would not have pulled with Carlin or Brokaw? Suit yourself.

I took notice that Bill barely mentioned Barack Obama last week and, when he did, it seemed obligatory, at best.

So much for current events.

(And I hope it loses the 80's-era necktie, too)
