IMHO Iran can deny all they wish. Ahmadinejad is not benevelent. He is a warmonger who has becoming the power of the region on his agenda. His own population, however, don't seem to be so keen. These people had pro-America rallies after 9/11 under the previous regime. The outrage Bush created with his axis of evil has broght Irans culpability into play. That pretty soon the Iranian people are going to solve the Iranian end of the problem must be perplexing the NeoCons. Great opportunity for the next President, IMO. Then the Israeli/Palestinian issue will have much more reason to resolve.
The Bush Admin's culpability is that for the most part the evil they keep attributing to Iran is as factual as most things that have come out of the WH. Acorns sold as Oak Trees.

As to militarily? Two weeks maximum. We simply are in a class of our own with our military. Too much so, as the cost is too much. Too much so, as the temptation it affords reckless lawbr..Lawmakers.
Don't confuse what we do to standing armies with what we do as occupiers.

Hes not a benevolent leader at all, unlike Hugo Chavez, but Ahmadinejad isnt as bad as people portray him to be. People only started to loath him after all that "wipe Israel off the map" and "holocaust denial" nonsense. And aside from the fact that you hate him or tolerate him, the important thing is that he has said that he doesnt want to fight us, and Iran could be useful in stablizing Iraq and keeping the crazies in the region like the US backed terrorist organization PJAK at bay. Not to mention that we could use Iran in the future to put pressure on Israel after they go off the deep end and threatens to use its nuclear weapons.

I dont think he is a warmongerer. Iran has a pretty good record as far as not going to war goes. Israel just makes alot of noise in an attempt to suck us into a war they cant do on their own. Israel is barking at the moon for war but Iran wants no part of it.

And Ahmadinejad is a fan of 9/11? When he came to the United States he wanted to pay his respects to the 9/11 victims, but was denied access to the site. I wonder how many people believe that Iran was working with Saddam and al Qaeda to carry out 9/11.
