When I was researching the Maher Board disapearance, I found some cached discussions from a few members talking about why Bill Maher did not visit his forum. They were talking about how he used to stop by when it first started up but stopped coming by when people got mean.

I found out a few other things just in the last few nights about what may have happened to Mahers site by the way. I am still looking into it.

Yeah...I decided not to take a chance that Lin Milano would come after this site for a statement I made, but I will say this. She does have a history of threatening people for her clients...and her daughter. Much for the right reasons but after years of pushing ones weight around it is clear her staff feels they can do it to ANYONE that pisses them off.

Safesearch was created from funds Lin Milano recieved after sueing someone for her daughter Alyssa. Her original organization was Cyber Trackers who's main objective is copyright infringment and use of name. Now I believe it was something that may have been on purpose....but then maybe not. I don't have that answer yet. I just know that Bill Maher is a client of Safesearch who will protect it's clients.
