show 2/8
well, i was skeptical of this panel, but the show was a pleasant surprise!
o'rourke is cracking me up these days. i loved when he said "this show is taking a real weird twist!" or something to that effect!

Took too goddamn long typing my post! Sorry... carrying on. But you're right, even whass'his'name Goldberg wasn't intolerable most of the time. I think those interviews he did with Jon Stewart might mellow his ass out yet. He was even honest about Obama. But he needs to lay off the bullshit about some more.

Very good show tonight.
Bill had to go it alone with mostly conservative guests and the audience was respectful. Bill lost it on the antibiotic thing, somebody should have brought up Jim Henson. I prefer the Conservative Drugged Out/Drunk Rolling Stone guy to the Younger Swearing "Progressive" Rolling Stone guy, but that's just me. Also, I hope he never, ever goes back to his last scripted bit with props. I would much rather listen to the guests. (but new rules is ok). |

But yet he never answered the questuion about Bush's corruption. I am far from a Bush supporter, but i expected an answer from Bill, not a fumble and change of subject. But yet he buys the 911 story....just doesnt add up.
