Another point about having a population of uneducated people is that uneducated people are easier to intimidate, and control.
I believe it's deliberate. It's been the plan to break down our society beginning with the last few generations.

It's been my observation that political scientists don't know what the fuck they are talking about. It will be humorous to listen to the arrogant comments of some idiot who thinks he's keen on everything political, while he will more than likely sound like another stupid journalist speaking of 'the candidates' in soap operatic terms. i dropped HBO from my Directv account so i don't know what is going on in the Real Time world of socio-politico humor. all summer long it was nothing but an endless repeat of the big-budget schlock feature films that i never wanted to see in the first place, so i nixxed it. i figure i can come here and find out who is stalking Bill Maher and booing him at his job.

though i'm not maher, i'll answer yes to this question...the products they create are dangerous in and of themselves, and i think they push without regard for any type of human safety, but moreso for their bottom line...

i have 2 degrees, one in english and one in psychology, the latter for children...i worked for several years with programme called scan (suspected child abuse and neglect)...mostly i was assigned out at the little rock air force base, and it was unfuckingbelievable!!!!....i had to quit, i wasn't strong enough...it was eating my soul, i was young and it was turning me in to a horrible, cynical person...what some may call "lazy social workers" etc. would be to someone like me nothing more than a hardened, unable to care person...it's sad...the kids were medicated "for their own good" (read there the parent's own good) and there was nothing i could do to intervene....i would visit these homes, children with fresh bruises or burns, tucked away in a corner doped out of their minds and the parents just preaching the wonders of these drugs their kids were on....i wanted to punch every single one of them in the throat...now, it's only gotten worse...triple sigh!!!!

Frank Lutz seemed to have unwittingly proved a profound point about Obama which Paul Rieckhoff iluminated in extraordinary detail. And yes, it'll be a huge let down if- after all we've seen in this election, Hillary wrests the nomination away. A bigger letdown than the one Obama got finding out his cousin is Dick Cheney.
