Define the sitaution better? Was this a chat, or in real life?

Thank you!
I like to post at the HBO site when Real Time is on.

I've been a Maher fan since the 1980's.
I was posting tonight and ( and misspelling Low Barnboro's name )
and answering a few as I always do.
Then, I got shunted to a page that said, "error...no permission".
i logged out and in again but nogo.
I didn't cuss or anything

As much as I enjoy the McAuliffe bashing, I'm going to have to call you out on your misstatement.

He said there was no Al-Qaeda in 1992, and even though it's debated, he is technically right on that matter.

A case of selective hearing. We hear what we want to. Usually I can't stand Morning Joe (Has a program ever had a more pathetic name?) but it turned out he was the only sane one there last night. Including Maher who is getting more like a cranky old man every day.
The only question I have for Morning is how did a healthy, athletic young woman die in his office and why did it barely get mentioned in any Florida or national paper?
Otherwise I didn't think much of the show. Goldberg looks and acts like a moron despite his supposed therapy and the woman was pretty good. It's pretty bad when a right winger is the only one making sense on the show.

Actually, no he's dead wrong. Al-Qaeda was an outgrowth of the first Sandbox Storm, when Usama raged against U.S. troops in Saudi Arabia and the Saudi government turned down Usama's offer to wage terrorism against the Iraqis in Kuwait. Al-Qaeda ["The Base" in Arabic] has its earliest origins with the final withdraw of Soviet forces from Afghanistan and steadily mutated into the al-Qaeda born in 1990.

Al Quaeda was formed in 1988 after the Soviet war in Afghanistan.

You are correct. And Al-Qaeda had training camps in Iraq (Kurdish areas to the north) long before 9/11.

Exactly, and it pisses me off when those dumb-asses state otherwise, as they did on RT Friday night. Just makes them look stupid, which they are. Joe Scarborough too. What an embarassment.

All of you Hillary voters are now swinging to rightwing pundits, Joe, Rush, Bill Kristol, Karl Rove. Makes sense to me why you liked what he had to say over staunch Dems and Libertarians.

Under the protection of U.S. air power. Those al-Qaeda were helping the Kurds by planning attacks on Saddam's Ba'athist government.
