I had to laugh, but I didn't share my observation with my husband.

I love that he dressing up this season. He looks best in a suit and tie, imo.

Yeah, he was off the deep end with his posn on the girls fighting. Dumb Bill.

You guys didn't think that button was about to pop?

I checked the sleeves, and they were fine.

Methinks you had your eyes elsewhere!

Actually, yes. It was pulling at the suit jacket, making it gap and showing more of you-know-what. Come on, you had to notice....Hey, maybe that was on purpose...a little sumpin' sumpin' for the ladies.

Not sure why, but his audience has become more discerning...

Do you notice he gets a lot of groans during his monologues?

He had to point out the Real Time banner twice this week.

Still aligned with his politics, but they do call him on his crap, when he's wrong.

edit...really...many guys just don't check out what's going on down there.

The heck you say. Women check each other out from top to bottom and then have a field day with the results if something is amiss. We sure are different...

I don't know, but the bloom is off the rose, somewhat, with Bill. His attitudes about some of the things I love may be coming back to haunt him.

Hey Bill...you're looking rather monstrous today...been taking Enzite? Love your package.

Van Morrison put it nicely...."And the girls walk by, dressed up for each other"

Definitely a fashion thing with women.

And what the hell is the reason for owning 150 pairs of shoes?

My GF has no room for any more, yet she can't pass up a sale.

I only have about 50 fishing rods....nothing in excess!

Is that what he said that about? I remembered that line and couldn't remember why he said it! It snapped me out of spacing out.

I really was starting to fall asleep, no offense to Bill, just a long day.

That and: "Bring'em Young" is a fuckin' riot! That's gotta be the most stinging play on words with Brigham Young's name [although we around here have heard it a lot].

And, yes, the original mormon theology from 1830 through to 1847 was in fact thinly veiled child rape. I'd agrue that even today's polygamist compounds are mild compared to what was once throughout the whole of their religion in that time. Marrying off girls as young as nine was far from unusual.
Well, mild isn't good enough. Religion smidgeon.

Bill needs to do a little something new to snazzy it up. That and he'd do well to learn a little more about some of the subjects he covers. I hate to say[post] it, but he's not as informed as he was on a lot of things. Could might be he's too much dependent on interns and staffers now.

I agree to a point. I feel like he's still trying to play catch up after the strike and every once in awhile he says something that makes no sense or illustrates his lack of knowledge in a specific area, but I think he deserves to be excused most times.

He's a comedian, not a journalist and he does at least raise the level of awareness by bringing people something other than the MSM issues, even if he only focuses on the headline. At least he has in the past. It's been awhile, but I think that's mostly the election.

On the chick brawl, though, I really did space out during most of that. I'll have to watch it again.

Not so sure there's much of a difference anymore. Comedians work at telling a joke, while journalists largely are a joke. And the level of imformative airtime is about the same, though leaning in favor of comedians.

It'd help if he'd stop excusing PETA's arsonists.
