Disposable people - The Virginia Authorites

Ironically I have had more positive experiences with the police than with attorneys. As a Marine I had a lot of friends that intended to become police officers when they got out, they had come from families of police. Having said that I now go to experiences where I was the focus of some of this population, had need of their services. I bring this up because I have been told that I would want their help to address a "situation". The reality is that I have been in need of their help or have had friends who were in need of their help to address hostile elements. The only thing that the current police in Virginia are good for is garbage collection.

Lets start with my two traffic issues.

The first one was when a construction company took down their signs around a blind corner and had equipment in the road, around the corner to stopped traffic, I went in a ditch. The police officer, asked me some questions and I was pulled out of the ditch. I heard the boss of the construction company state that he used to be a cop and chit chat with the officer. I kneeled down to look under my car, to see whether it was leaking, anything broken and this officer, who had been chit chatting, started yelling at me, asking me what I was doing. I responded that I was checking my car to ensure I could drive off. I had not been rude, hardly said anything to the officer so I was confused by the hostility.

The second time there were two vehicles stopped at an intersection, one was making a left turn. Other cars were passing on the shoulder so I stopped and then started to pass, the SUV made their left turn, then the pickup truck accelerated. I was already ahead of the pickup truck, so I accelerated. My car was acting funny and I was forced to brake, the wheels kicked loose and I ran head on into oncoming traffic. When I got out I noticed that that the front end was smashed but I had a huge print on the left side of my car, where it appeared that a large tire had rotated against the side of my vehicle. The driver of the pickup truck had parked his vehicle out of sight. When the police officer arrived I told my side of the story, pointed at the print on the rear left side of the car and the damage in the front caused by the collision. Then the officer went out of sight with the driver of the pickup truck to apparently look at his vehicle, when they returned they were laughing and chit chatting. I was charged with passing on the shoulder. I could not get my insurance company to look into the print on the side of the car.

Here is my background before I discuss these "professionals". I have traveled in several third world countries, lived in the Middle East and Japan. I have also stood up to a drug dealer, have had two people make "death threats" against me, been stalked, stopped someone from shooting someone else and taken an knife from someone who was considering suicide. The police were NOT a solution, when called they became part of the problem.

Now lets get to the "protect" of the "protect and serve".

One day I came home and found out that my girlfriend had been assaulted by her husband, my neighbors had picked up a tire iron and stopped the assault. When the cops arrived and the incident was relayed to them, the cops started grilling me, asking me why I did it. I had heard what was said as everyone was excited and speaking loudly from the assault so I could not understand why were they focusing on me ? My girlfriend had been accosted at numerous jobs by her husband, the friend that had provided sanctuary for her was so scared that their boyfriend had purchase a .357 handgun. With each incident the cops would show up act like they were taking a report and go away, the only hope was that the reports could be used by the attorney.

Once someone threatened to kill me, they called up and apologized so I dropped the issue. What followed was two months of concern, today it was the vehicle, tomorrow would they burn down the house ? This was a period when members of the community stopped consuming normal grass and started something called Green, it made them psychotic, Vandalism and harassment ensued. One time we called the police and these people drove by yelling obscenities at us, now I knew that these people had a nursery in their house growing a crop of Grass, the stuff was growing out of the floorboards. The cops followed them but when they came back in about an hour they said that they could not do anything. In another vandalism incident we were told to take our issues to the Prince William County Magistrate, so I took my phone tape containing the death threat, pictures of the vandalism and intended to reference the police reports. Explained my situation, played the tape and the Magistrate said that they could do nothing, too much time had passed since the death threat, the police reports were irrelevant, I asked for their bosses number, of course they provided the wrong number and told me to "take my best shot". Eventually I tracked down their boss and he told me that the Magistrate was correct, a month was too much time, I told him that I was unaware of any limit on a "death threat". A few months later another person was being harassed by these people, in this case the padlock on their gate was cut, letting their dogs loose, after the dogs were loose animal control would be called. The woman was in tears, they too were being harassed, their house was much closer to the road so when a vehicle would beep they would hear it. We went with them to the Prince William County Magistrate, the Magistrate provided a form letter that they were to give to the offenders, informing them that they were not supposed to do what they were doing. I asked if they wanted to have a letter on file, a document trail of an issue so that if it escalated the authorities could take action, the Magistrate said no they did not want a copy. These people were cutting fences and padlocks, dont think a "letter" would be very functional.

These people had told me that they owned the community, no one could live here without their permission and that the community took care of its own problems. Before my girlfriend was bitten by the neighbors dog she walked everywhere. One time I was at home, a little tipsy when I heard my girlfriend scream, these neighbors were trying to run her over with their vehicle. I chased them to their home. After ranting for a while in front of their house I left. I heard later that the police were looking for me because of the incident, so much for a community that took care of its own. This identified where I stood, these people distributed drugs and could get the police to act, I did not and the police did nothing. I know that another neighbor had a feud with them also, they had put their fence over his property line and threatened him too. We suspect that the reason that some of these people were "protected" was because her parents were IBM executives and his adopted parents were State Department officials - at least that is what they told us.

Then there was this "police official" whose significant other was the community drug distributor. When my girlfriend was incarcerated because she could not pay child support this official told the community all about her incarceration. This one is no longer with Fairfax county, the last we heard they were promoted to a State's law enforcement department. They had interesting parties, occasionally they would "streak", nothing like seeing a hiney all white and shiny running around the neighborhood, wonder what other officials were at those parties.

I have been assaulted by police twice, I admit to being stupid, I believed that I had rights in my country, that this was a free society - this is a lie.

The first time I was assaulted by the police was when I lived Reston Virginia. I came home tired from work, my girlfriend was upset about an upcoming court date and I was telling her to believe in the system. My other tenant, girlfriend and myself were sitting on the balcony when we heard a twig snap and saw a foot step on a little bush I had planted, it was a dark night. We thought, the husband is back, so my tenant yelled out a challenge, no response, we heard another noise so I yelled out another challenge and then a flashlight was on us. I asked who they were and why were they in my yard, the response was "who wants to know". Finally they identified themselves. Again I asked, why are you in my yard ? They would not respond, so I told them to leave my yard at which time they responded with "are you man enough to make us". My mistake was to go down to tell them to leave my yard. I spent the night in jail, no charges, just an injured wrist.

The second time was in the CVS pharmacy. My girlfriend had a hospital bracelet on, was in a distraught state and after these "professionals" transported us to booking, they released her to hitchhike ten miles home where she tried to overcompensate for the events of the morning and resulted in her having an ambulance ride back to the hospital. Without the CVS store video I cannot prove that the cops framed me but I can illustrate that my girlfriend returned to the hospital the night after the morning assault and that I was incarcerated that day.

So this is what that slogan "to protect and serve" means ?
