Attorney Grumble....

This recent attorney seems to be proving to be another winner. The original firm evidentially still has some of my money. When my girlfriend talked to them she asked if they had talked to this attorney, they said that they had not. They assume that he has been in court but have not been able to contact him. They had asked us to confirm whether we had received any correspondence from him. Maybe he sent it and it got lost in the mail, attorneys seem to have that problem.
Of course not, still waiting for a response to my November 2007 payment and request for clarification.
The concern is whether he actually represented my girlfriend or just processed her. He did show up in court with an agreement that was not really satisfactory.
We had wanted him to finish addressing our issues, my girlfriends issues. This has been the goal since 2006 when we tried Pre-Paid Legal Service.
