Had some fun here on this forum with my post / rant / whatever How does one sue a State ?.
They claim that I cannot sue the Virginia State Bar, that the attorney population is ethical and that to collect strategy grievances would not be fair. They claim that our problem is not the "professionals" fault but our fault. Somehow our attorney deserting all their clients is our fault. A "professional" not bothering to review material, contact doctors, therapists to support abuse, historical events and medical mistakes is the clients fault.
