interesting...

after listening for the better part of a week to the clinton campaign scream bloody murder about her opponent having the audacity to "plagiarize" someone's speeches - quipping that words "ought to at least be your own!"...

tonight, in the debate, hillary throws out a virtual xerox copy of an old edwards speech.

...and doesn't give edwards credit.

it just kind of leaves a person, well...
speechless....

Carl didn't show the next morning. There I was on the beach, looking like I stepped out of a Jane Fonda workout video. I waited around until eight a.m. I jogged back home to call him up, but once I got there I remembered the Gnome took the phone, too. So, I jogged back up the road to a payphone.

Answering machine picked up, but it wasn't Carl's voice anymore.

"Hello, my nemesis. I have your dear friend and if you don't want him to be plunged into this volcano...

Again and Again and Again

Again and again and again, we repeat ourselves. We say the same shit. We do the same shit. And then we reiterate.

My son attended the laboratory school of the Graduate School of Education at UCLA for eight years. "Pre-K" and Kindergarten and...well, in non-nurturing how-are-you-feeling-over-what-have-you-learned schools, you'd say Grades 1 through 6. Not so simple in Quasi Enlightened cum Politically Correct developmental-slash-academic...

It is an important thing to know about a person. It is a different way of rolling. With some, this IT is an art and I stand in awe of them. Not so, me.

That said, whatever IT is, is an important thing to know about a person. If it happens again and again, IT'S WHAT THEY DO.

Elections in the United States of America...from filing for candidacy, through financing of campaign showmanship, right on to that gap-read-that-engraved-invitation-to-hanky-panky...

He asked whether they could check his address to locate his correct polling place and...come to think of it...since he was already there, mightn't he just vote at he location in which he stood. AS ANY REASONABLE PERSON WOULD THINK THE CITIZENRY OF A 'WORLD...
