Seriously, all- and I say ALL organized religions are mental constructs created by, excuse me, apes that talk.

Now I'm not where the athiests or agnostics are in terms of doubting or refuting beyond doubt anything like a spirit or a divine phenomenon. But understand we're apes. I know that irritates some people to say it, but fuck. It's true!

I've delved into a vast array of religions and spiritual traditions seriously looking for answers [TRUE STORY].

My First Concert in 20 Years.

Posted 08-25-2008 at 03:03 AM by Kanadesaga

Posted 07-24-2008 at 05:56 PM by jowey
I keep hearing phrases like "good" guys and "bad" guys. I am told that the cops, attorneys, judges and others associated with "law and order" are the "good" guys and that I cannot make grandiose claims that they are all "bad". I never have said that all the members of any population are "bad". During my life I have seen many that were members of "questionable" populations behave humanely. However individuals are caught by circumstances...

Disposable People - the loss of self esteem

Posted 07-09-2008 at 04:17 PM by jowey
The post titled "We face a deficit of empathy" had me review our, specifically my girlfriends experiences and how this "American" society treated her / us. The failure to address by the authorities, not whether we were right or wrong, this was never ascertained, complaints were rubber stamped and avoided. Then there are the alleged Christians, specifically members of the Church of God, but this applies to other denominations, they accept and use their radical brethren, just...
