Clemens justifies lying

Roger Clemens continues to prove what we learned so long ago from watching him throw that half a bat at Mike Piazza, which is that minus all of the drug induced victories he remains a big loser crybaby.

Now he states "I did not use banned substances..." Knowing that neither Steroids nor HGH (Human Growth Hormone) were banned by Major League Baseball at the time. This is how the Christian justifies lying; thinking in his mind, "... well at the time it wasn't illegal..." Sorry dipstick, that still don't make it right.

I know that being here in Texas , especially Austin, I'm supposed to root for hometown boys (Clemens having gone to the University of Texas) and I'm not going to wish ill will on anyone but I sure as heck am not wishing any good will on that man. At this point I'd just as soon see him go down in flames. Which he just may seeing how McNamee's lawyer is watching anxiously; "He's got a chance to protect himself," Emery said to the Times. "We're not going to sue him if he doesn't do it. But if he does it, we're going to sue him."

All of that said if Clemens isn't careful he could actually find himself in the same spot Barry Bonds is in as for future testimonies in court. Oddly this Canadian article brings to mind that event. This is sad for Baseball but I can't help but laughing at these idiots and believing that they are indeed getting what they deserve, if only that happened more in life.
