Slaying the Dream: How Hillary Clinton and the Extreme Right Wing Drag America Down.

The horrendous double standard I see displayed by Hillary Clinton, the extremist right wing she's allied to despite her party designation and many in the media astounds me. Any and every smear is proliferated against Obama no matter how outrageously false, hypocritical or blatantly fabricated.
And yet almost daily we see back page articles about a Hillary fundraiser pleading guilty for one felony charge or Hillary herself talking out both sides of her mouth. Hillary accuses Obama of secretly supporting the most defective aspects of NAFTA when in fact she herself was double dealing on the issue. While Obama denounces anti-American tyrades or smear tactics supporters of Hillary and McCain utter the most vile of insults against our country and the voters' intelligence.
When Obama speaks to America he does so at an adult and intellectual level. Most recently he gave the most profound and unifying speech on racial issues I've ever seen in my lifetime. A sentiment that's often written and spoken of by many in the media. And yet others in the media and in the two major political parties can't seem to find any good in his words. They instead sink to the lowest level when attempting to poison hope and slay the dream.
I ask for a better standard than this, and won't accept mediocrity from any candidate of any party. I hold media outlets to this same uplifting standard. Those who sink below are unworthy of our attention or patronage. Be honest, be fair, be objective and be thorough in future reporting of ALL candidates.
To do any less is to throttle hope in the crib.
