Hate is the underpinning of the "modern" Republican Party

Hate and fear that is. Scared white guys, their wives and daughters ruling the roost at home, their female co-workers ruling in the workplace: hell the women even want to box and play NFL football.
Then you have Gays, Blacks, "Hispanics" and others who are muscling in on what was 100% white guy's "good ole boy perogatives.
White guys are outnumbered by their women who themselves are outnumbered by single women.

So blatant fear and loathing drives and has driven white guys to the Republican Party, itself the haven for a multiplicity of hate groups like the NRA and other racist-sexist organizations whose mantra is to tell white guys who and what is going to fux them (and fux over them) next.

Homosexuals, whom white guys rails against 24/7, have been revealed to be, a least in national Party politics-white guys themselves:
think of it: white male homosexuals driving the fear and "talking point" machines of their nefarious Party.
*"Errr": for those of you who are confused or apparently do not know the "score": it does not matter whether you are/were the penetrator or penetratee: both of you have committed a homosexual act.

And as Pogo says: "we (Republicans) have met the enemy and he is us".

The underpinnings of the Republican party are personal responsibility, freedom, and strong national defense.

Democrats are underpinned by hate. They hate the military, successful people, and the second amendment, among other things.

But specifically, they hate brown & black folks, whites they can't control,
they hate clean air, water, safe food, drugs & cars, hate education--
except for rich white spawn who drink their way thru school,
hate poor people, sick people, people who fought in wars and
need medical care, they hate talented people, they hate children
and old people, they hate smart people who read history....I'm
sure there is more because the list keeps growing.

NO ONE hates more than the Republican Party. It's a big tent.

It's a big fucking CIRCUS TENT of freaks in HATE.

Go to any right-wing board and the hate just reaks off the screen.

There is no covering that bullshit up.

Here's your nickel:

I'll believe it when [IF] I see it.

The only thing i see from republicans is hate, treason and greed.

Which of course is why Iraq war veterans who ran for congress went into their party. Right.

Remember the cartoons of the cavemen chasing some dinosaur and the dinosaur won everytime. The cavemen are the Republicans chasing the dinosaur of "elite rule", the dinosaur eats them. Unfortunately if someone does not stop them, the dinosaur will eat us all and it will not be pleasant.....

Conflict is the underpinning of politics, period. Fear and guilt is exploited by politicians, period. The original poster's own behavior only underscores this point and makes them appear rather hypocritical (complaining about hate and proceeding to rant and rave about how much you hate one particular political group, doing precisely what you complain about by engaging in negative stereotyping; half of the post is nothing but an ad hominem on "white guys"). In either case, it would be wise to fight the ideas you oppose rather than attacking the messenger.

What will it take for me to get you people to realize that the problem does not lie exclusively with a specific political party or political ideology, but the nature of politics itself and political ideology in general? This groupismin which all effort is spent attacking one group while making apologetics for another, while ignoring the big picture, gets rather disguisting. The political landscape is not so simple as left and right, pick one and then bury head in sand. Each individual has their own shopping cart of positions. They are not uniformly defined by their label.

Yes, yes, absolutely. The people, the people.

The problem does not lie exclusively with a specific political party or political ideology, but with the nature of man and philosophy of life.

But most people ARE essentially joiners. That has been my experience over more than half a century. Most people do not WANT to be all separate and alone and independent. Nor are most people good at it.

In spite of my outrage, in spite of my certainty that every one of those fucking Republican Senators should be sent packing in disgrace, as much as I think George Bush and Dick Cheney would both do the country and the world a favor by kicking the bucket, I don't think it's reasonable to allude to the "modern Republican party." There is a gang of marauders at the helm, representative of no one but themselves and their cronies. Sociopaths and psychopaths, that bunch. Them's special.

The...what?...what was once called the Establishment is a showcase of hate, alright, but that's not the underpinning. Hate is the manifestation, yes? It blossoms, and flourishes.

It is raw Fear at the bedrock level of the bullshit we're seeing and experiencing.

Hate? Put two men who hate each other in the same foxhole and they'll patch that shit up right quick when a common enemy threatens to blow them both to hell and gone.

Fear of death is a SUPER big thing.

The Republican Party is a collection of like minded individuals attempting to grow their population with a message. The Democratic Party is a collection also.

If one listens to the rhetoric of the Republican Party one hears, support us or die. Be afraid, be very afraid - this has been used throughout time to consolidate power. I used to believe that America had grown beyond this simplistic view after staring down the USSR and that MADness. I used to believe that America had grown beyond prejudice, discrimination and rule by force. I have been deceived. The Republicans have only one message "be afraid", of what, they change by whim. There are many threats in life - grow up.....

The rhetoric of the Democratic Party does not target humans reptilian brain. The Democratic Party has a multitude of issues each need to be addressed. Health Care, Global Warming, Immigration....... But these issues do not have the impact of "vote for us or die".

The major population of this generation have yet to leave the womb or have left and have become predatory. Why not become a predator once it is identified that "rule of law" is a facade to protect the larger predators. This dynamic fuels the message of "be afraid, be very afraid".

We can only accept that America is ruled by the Reptilian Brain. Look where we are right now......

Go Reptiles, Go Republicans.... I like reptiles, taste like chicken.
