I've got a good friend (gf in highschool), an Annapolis grad, currently in Afghan doing intelligence (as a civilian). She applied to the CIA - but was rejected. I suspect it is because she's a human being

Sibel was FBI.

I think there are different factions. I support the Tenet guys more than the (neocon) Woosley guys. Unfortunately, now the CIA has been gutted after it opposed the administration's lies leading up to the war.

911 could not have been an inside job without strict compartmentalization. Sibel's role is shoring up the tenuous relationships between players - who are beginning, I'd imagine to take some real heat.
