And yes, you have been more than gracious and open-minded in our own exchanges, and I do appreciate it, believe me. But I don't consider myself a fox...not in the least. I've never disguised what I believe to be true, but I have always left the possibility of my being mistaken wide open.
I truly regret using the "fox" image as it applies to you. It wasn't meant to be directed at you but the way I constructed my response I can definitely see how it would be interpreted that way. It was intended to display a lack or objectivity, not a reflection of character.

My reasoning is this. Much of what you have said to me has been received and evaluated as questions that need answers. Much of what others have presented I view as mere babblings of childish minds. You seem to have left very little as "open" in the matter of 9/11. You have concluded, unless I am off base here, that there was a conspiracy conducted by a "group" and that our government was somehow involved. If I'm incorrect in that evaluation I will gladly accept the correction. If I am correct you have taken one side of an argument and are in charge of reviewing the other side and making certain it doesn't go out of bounds. Am I wrong?

Okay, Mr. Fair and Balanced, you tell me: where's my lack of objectivity?

(Note: saying that because I believe that 9/11 was an inside job is not going to be your sole argument, okay?)

Just to make sure we're on the same page, I'll get you the definition of objectivity:

from Merriam-Webster:

3 a: expressing or dealing with facts or conditions as perceived without distortion by personal feelings, prejudices, or interpretations

The objectivity in question is not about 9/11 the event, the objectivity in question is about other's opinions on 9/11.

No, the only thing I think you're incorrect is as to my being objective. Based on what I see, and my own life experiences, together, I believe that, whether 19 arab hijackers did it or not, 9/11 couldn't have occurred without SOME form of assistance. That I believe there is a lot more to the story than meets the eye is a fair assertion. That I believe that we were lied to about it from Day 1 is also a fair assertion. But, that I leave open the possibility that I could be wrong about some or all of it, is also a fair assertion.

We all base our decisions on what we believe to be true, mostly based upon our own personal experiences, no? I don't take the word of this one or that one to come to my conclusions alone - what I've learned has been over years of reading, listening, watching, and speaking to people like you, and like me. The fact that so many people take so many things at face value, and don't question, is one of the reasons we're in this mess, isn't it?

I call myself a truther because I see what's happening, and I'm concerned for my children and their children. I'm concerned about our country, my country, and what'll happen tomorrow. I hope to show people that, hey, these guys in DC don't give a rat's ass about us - we need to take care of each other.

So, if I'm wrong somewhere down the line, I'll gladly wear the dunce hat and sit in the corner for as long as you want.

Yeah..Lets not forget those silent bombs..I like it when they talk about the guy who claims he heard an explosion/s in the basement..The building came down from the point of impact to the ground..Sometimes I shake my head when I think about how ridiculous this all is

Lets face it, wayside, you object to authority period. I'll be goddamned if I am going to post a retraction either. All one has to do is search through your numerous posts stating how much you don't like moderators and authority in any way.
