You know you are my master piece of making someone look like a fool.

Do I think it's possible that Bush may have had some kind of forewarning of the 9/11 events? YES. Is there scientific evidence to prove that? NO.

Do I think that Bush had ordered the entire thing? No. Is there scientific evidence to prove that? NO.

The fact that you and others don't like my qualified answer instead of the black and white answer you want, doesn't mean I've not answered.

It only means you don't like my answer because it doesn't fit into your myopic paradigm.

Finally, after literally hundreds of specialists, she went to see a doctor and he discovered what was wrong with her - ovarian cancer. And because she was so insistent, she was able to be treated, and lived to tell the story.

You'll never guess who that woman is.
That's true. One the reverse of that there is many documented cases when parents refuse to believe the diagnosis and treatment of several doctors on their child and the child later dies.

Now what?

So, if you go to the doctor and he tells you you have cancer, and then to 100 others and they all say you have cancer, but the 102 nd doctor tells you you're fine, no cancer...who do you believe?

Actually her analogy (and mine, of my mother's) is a good one. A point I didn't mention about my mother and her 'instincts' (and symptoms) is how many of the misdiagnosing EXPERTS, subtly or overtly, treated her like a hypochondriac. As though her complaints and concerns were "crazy". So not only had they already dismissed her complaints because of how they'd judged the complainer, but it became all too clear that that judgment influenced how vigorously they pursued the symptoms of the elusive disease killing her. Once they'd decided it was 'all in her head', they slapped their diagnosis on her (eating disorder, etc.) and stopped LOOKING.

Is that still too NUANCED for you, Anhailla?

That's stupid - and pointless to the analogy being used. No one does that. Man, talk about grasping at straws...

Nice try, Denie!

I'm sure in your mind that's true. So much for your call to no trashing of people. As if you fooled anyone here...And you want people to take you seriously?

Hey, any day you care to debate me in the field of science, go for it. So far you've proved to only want to engage in childish antics.

Well I'm off. You all start high five'n each other on your preceived conquest here. Business as usual!!

actually, in reality your scenerio is much more common than 120 physicians missing a diagnosis.

Of course doctors mis-diagnosis...but 100?
never seen that.

So you're in agreement with the point he's attempting to make with that retarded example??
